Super Necromancer Power V

The eighties called, they want their art back.

So I've been reading a lot of Appleseed lately, hurrah for Shirow Masamune and hurrah for oiled naked babes. In other news, I attempted drawing that good oldfashioned eighties style manga. Elea translates okay, because she's got hair to make big and clothes to make silly. Akary... well, he's still Akary. Not much you can do, lizardmen are always lizardmen.

I started in Painter for this, but then I ended up migrating to ComicWorks. Not the best thing I've ever made, exactly, but I think I'm getting a better hang of tones at least. This went down a lot faster than previous expeditions into that program.

This is, of course, Elea and Akary from [link] , presumably what they looked like back in the eighties. I left out the side-ponytail and Meatloaf records.
